Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Management Trainee in our program, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, analyzing data, assisting with projects, collaborating across departments, and participating in training sessions to develop your skills. Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus
